How do I return or exchange an item?
30 Day, No Questions Asked, Return Policy
We will accept returns for exchange or refund up to 30 days after delivery of the product. There is no charge.
Products must be in the new condition you received them.
New products can be exchanged one time for a different bracelet size, necklace length, cord material, cord diameter and/or color. A refund will be given for a lowered priced product exchange.
Please Note - This is a One Time, No Charge, Exchange Policy. There is a 50% Fee for a Second Time Exchange.
Returning Is Simple:
Return in a Padded Envelope. Include a copy or the original of the sales receipt and the Return Card that came with your order.
Shipping Instructions - Please return using USPS, UPS or FedEx
PLEASE Do not send Certified, Registered, or Any Package that Requires a Signature.
This will cause unnecessary delays.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will ship the exchange back to you at no cost in the USA. There is a $7.00 flat fee for international exchange orders. Please note order shipping charges are not refundable.
Your exchange or refund will be processed and a credit applied to your credit card within 5 days after receipt.
